  • Ceremony Coordination: Our events team personally guides your walk down the aisle. Assisting in wedding party send-out, reveal doors, and veil or train placement, so every entrance feels seamless, graceful, and cinematic.

  • Pre-Ceremony Run-Through: A private walk-through with insider cues. When to hand off a bouquet, how to stand, etc. So you and your wedding party feel poised, confident, and photo-ready.

  • White-Glove Service All Night: Our staff quietly and attentively refresh spaces, clear tables, maintain restrooms, and manage waste. Allowing you and your family to stay fully present with your guests.

  • Exceptional Staffing: While many venues provide only a single event host and bartenders, Diamond Spur staffs your celebration with a full professional team. Depending on guest count, you’ll have a dedicated Venue Director, 2–4 bartenders, at least one Lead, and 2–4 additional event staff. This ensures every guest is cared for and every detail flows exactly as planned.

  • Stress-Free Departure: At the end of the evening, we handle all of the cleaning. From sweeping and mopping to refreshing bathrooms. Your only task is collecting personal items and décor. You leave on a high note, never a hurried one.

  • Welcome Guide & Planning Support: Once you secure your date, you’ll receive our exclusive Welcome Guide filled with timelines, resources, and insider tips. We are also happy to provide curated vendor recommendations to make building your dream team effortless.

  • Exclusive Use: Private access to the entire property from 9:00 A.M. to midnight, including the Dresden and Farnese Suites. Every space is yours to enjoy without interruption.

  • Ceremony Ready: Choose from our creekside ceremony sites with your preferred arbor (diamond, hexagon, or rectangle). Our team handles all set-up and tear-down, ensuring your guests never have to lift a finger or a chair.

  • Caterer Prep Area: A fully equipped professional staging kitchen, including a spacious walk-in cooler, designed for multiple vendors to work with ease and respect.

  • Professional Bar Service: Our ServSafe-certified bar team delivers polish and expertise throughout your celebration. For weddings with over 200 guests, our signature Horse Trailer Mobile Bar is included to add both efficiency and charm.

  • Good Morning Beverage Package: Each suite is welcomed with a celebratory refreshment—your choice of a chilled bottle of champagne with orange juice, or six beers, ciders, seltzers, or spirits.

  • Welcome Banner: A personalized touch to greet your guests upon arrival (when available).

  • On-Site Security: Discreet and professional staff prioritize the safety of your guests and the Diamond Spur team. Our security team does not carry firearms and is present solely to ensure a safe and seamless celebration.

  • Yard Games: Classic lawn games, including bean bags, giant Jenga, Connect Four, yard dice, and ring toss, are staged during your ceremony so your guests enjoy a full patio and lawn of entertainment during cocktail hour.
